  • Why is handmade soap better than store bought?
    Most big brand store bought soaps contain detergents and are technically not classified as soap at all! True soap is simply an emulsification of oils and salt. Commercial soaps tend to be extremely drying and irritating to the skin because the natural glycerin in soap that has moisturizing properties have been removed.
  • What ingredients are used in your handmade soaps?
    Please read the description on each soap page because the recipe may vary for each product.
  • Are all products scented?
    We know that some customers are sensitive to scents so not all of the products are scented. Please check the description of the product to determine if it is unscented.
  • Is the price I see under each picture for one bar of soap?
    The prices listed under each product is per bar. We often show multiple bars to highlight the slight variations.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    We pack and ship your orders within 2-3 business days. (Wholesale or custom orders, please allow 4-6 weeks) Orders placed during the holiday season often take longer, especially if you are placing a custom order, or if your order is especially large. Please contact us if you have any questions or requests specific to your order.
  • How soon will I receive my shipment?
    DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING MAY TAKE LONGER THAN NORMAL. All orders are shipped via USPS. First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on weight. Shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment (unless there is a special circumstance) this means your items should arrive within a week. • All domestic orders will have a tracking number, which will be e-mailed to you. However, the postal service may have a longer arrival time for your package. Please consider this if you need your order quickly.
  • Oops! I've mailed my package to the wrong address! Can you send a replacement?
    It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, to notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible. If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected.
  • Help! My package has arrived damaged/has the wrong products/etc.!
    Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page and we will do our best to make things right ASAP!
  • How long can I wait to open and use your soaps?
    We recommend you use our products within 6 months for the best results, as the color and fragrances may begin to fade.
